Jonathan Santiago Rosario from Colorado is suing coffeehouse giant Starbucks for violating provisions of the Fair Report Credit Act (FCRA). Rosario applied at Starbucks in March of 2016 and after interviewing, a background check was conducted by Accurate Background Inc.
